God of Malice is a fast-paced and gripping novel that will take you on a roller coaster ride of emotions. The plot is full of twists and turns, secrets and lies, betrayal and revenge. The characters are complex and flawed, with hidden depths and motivations. The romance is intense and steamy, but also disturbing and unhealthy. The writing is captivating and addictive, with vivid descriptions and witty dialogues.
"Killian kisses the top of my head and before I can backpedal, he says the words that go straight to my heart. "I'll make sure you always choose me as much as I choose you."

I rated it ⭐⭐⭐⭐ SHINING, STRIKING, KINKY STARS. When I say I was literally hooked from chapter 1, I mean it.  Why not 5, If I got so obsessed with the book? I'll explain in a bit.

It had been a while since I read a Dark Romance book, and I don't know why I stopped. ๐Ÿ˜‚ But the way I was clutching my pearls after every swipe of my page (I read an eBook that's why I said swipe, not turn) I gasped, I turned off my device to take a deep breathe and actually process what just happened??

*** Might contain Spoiler Ahead***

So, Killian Carson has a different way of dealing with emotions than most people. He doesn’t regret his actions or care about others’ feelings. He also gets very attached to certain things and can’t let them go, even if it hurts him. Right now, he is very interested in Glyndon King, his little rabbit. He likes the challenge, the fight, and especially the red color of blood, just like a hunter who enjoys chasing a fleeing prey. And he lovesss when Glyndon wears red.

Glyndon King knows someone like Killian very well. Her brother Landon is a lot like him, they both can't process emotions. She knows what Killian is like, but she doesn’t like being his obsession. Even though Killian doesn’t have emotions, he seems to see all of hers and understand her better than she does. She wants to escape from him because she is afraid he will discover her own secrets and darkness. Glyndon has her own demons to fight. Being a daughter to a renowned artist and brothers who excel at their art, she feels inferior to them. But she maintains her composure for the sake of her family.

In the beginning Killian was all like, he wants to learn and observe her and not actually admitting that he was falling for her. But we all know how that ends *wink wink*. And his obsession with him asking her to say "I am yours!!" but my girl Glyndon was determined not to say it๐Ÿ˜‚

There were some scenes that were very cute and made me go AWWWW!! Like he would always sleep with her on top of him and holding her tight. And the way he would cook proper meals for her because he thought she wasn't eating well. And the man's possessive AFFFF. He'd scare anyone who even looks at her.

The character development in this book is exceptional. The author has done an excellent job of creating characters that are multi-dimensional and somewhat relatable. The characters are flawed, but they grow and evolve throughout the story. Killian’s character arc is particularly interesting as he transforms from a cold-blooded predator to someone who cares deeply for Glyndon . I mean my man Killian, liked all of her 500 Instagram posts.

The spice in this book spicinggg๐Ÿฅต๐ŸŒถ️ It had everything. EVERYTHING MEANS EVERYTHING. Let me clear something. I definitely wasn't ok with most of it if it happened in IRL๐Ÿ˜‚ But only acceptable in books guys!! JUST IN BOOKS Because my morals had left the chat ๐Ÿซฅ๐Ÿ˜‚

In addition to the main characters, I loved the secondary characters in the book. They were well-developed and added depth to the story. I’m glad that they have their own book in the series. It will be interesting to see how their stories unfold.

I gave this book 4 out of 5 stars because I enjoyed the suspense, the twists, and the chemistry between the main characters. The author did a great job of creating a dark and captivating world, where nothing is as it seems and everyone has ulterior motives. The writing style was engaging and fast-paced, and the plot was full of surprises. The book also had some steamy scenes that were well-written and intense.

However, I also had some issues with the book that prevented me from giving it a higher rating. First of all, I found the heroine to be too naive and passive at times. She made some questionable decisions and trusted the wrong people easily. Secondly, I felt that some parts of the story were too unrealistic or convenient. For example, how did Killian manage to infiltrate every aspect of her life without anyone noticing? How did he have so much power and influence over everyone? How did he know everything about her before they even met? And the fact that they're just university students and some of them were part of Mafia and other dangerous gangs. Some of these questions were left unanswered or explained vaguely.

Overall, I would recommend this book to fans of dark romance who are looking for a thrilling and gripping read.
